Where is my order confirmation?

The item I want is sold out. How can I get it?

If an item you are looking for is sold out, please reach out to us via our website contact form with the specific item details. We will do our best to check availability for you.

Amending or cancelling an order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our website. While we will do our utmost to assist, we cannot guarantee that amendments can be made once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage.

International customers can also process returns through our Returns Portal. International customers are responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return transit to us.

How long do returns and exchanges take?

Faulty items
